Confirming a close link between art and design, cabinet HOMAGE 1 TO MONDRIAN is a project by Shiro Kuramata for Cappellini in celebration of a pioneer of abstract art, Piet Mondrian. 

Made in Italy, each door and drawer has a different size to best adapt to other contents.

This piece turns out to be a wooden transposition of the Dutch painter's works. In a matte lacquered finish, this cabinet is also available in a yellow/white version.
